Who runs Sun Club.

What Sun Club does today

• Ibiza sunset times and viewing spots, an island map and group trip planning, on the website and the iPhone app.
• Sun Club does not take customer payments or sell tickets. When you book, you book directly with the venue or seller named on the listing.
• Every listing is a real business or event. We never show made-up events, prices or availability.
• Business plans are billed in GBP. Every business starts free, and we confirm before any paid plan begins.

Listings and source freshness

Public event availability must have a recorded source check within 24 hours before a booking handoff can open. The listing shows the named source and last check. Missing, invalid, future-dated or older evidence closes the handoff and requires a manual recheck.

A source check means the named evidence was reviewed at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or promise that a third party will not change its event, price, capacity, entry or cancellation terms.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

An external supplier handoff is not a Sun Club booking. The supplier identified at the handoff controls payment, confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation and refund under its own terms.

Where a future Sun Club order exists, its page will show the issuer, order reference and current entitlement state. Support can investigate and route a problem, but it cannot make a revoked, refunded, expired or otherwise blocked entitlement valid.

Emergency content control

Authorised operations users can unpublish an individual listing immediately and separately mark its availability as cancelled, sold out or requiring confirmation. Those actions are audited. Republishing requires authorised access and the existing source and publication gates.
